The BUG Annual Meeting will take place from Friday 25 – Saturday 26 September 2026 in the seaside city of Brighton at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, located right on the seafront.

Located just 23 miles from Gatwick Airport, it is within walking distance of the Brighton train station, with direct links to both Gatwick and Luton airports and major cities such as London and Cambridge.

BUG will be using three adjoining suites. The Oxford for main plenary sessions, The Durham for exhibition, catering and posters, along with other rooms for workshops and seminars.
